I'm awake early today. Didn't want to wait for the daily prompt, and given as I'm up listening to my most anticipated album of the year, I'm combining my interests. Here's a review of Bilmuri's new album Kinda Hard in the form of a poem:

Kinda Hard Review

The middle's are chunky.
Fat in the best way.
The hooks are pretty
with your rust belt poetry.

It's clean and bitter sweet.
Sad in the best way.
Not everything deserves a breakdown
but I know you can't help yourself.

It's layered with texture.
Complex in the best way.
Deserving of recognition.
Some won't grant you.

But not me
